Hi, I'm Erik.
I didn't build my real estate business the traditional way. I skipped the cold calls, picked up my phone and started showing people what it actually looks like to buy and sell a home in Southeast Michigan. That audience grew into one of the top 150 real estate businesses in the region, and it became the blueprint for Social House Real Estate Group. As founder and managing broker, I still work directly with buyers and sellers. Every home I list gets paid social advertising, professional photos and video, and exposure to an audience of more than 4 million people a month.
